Court Powell, an experienced commercial real estate brokerage professional, is a Vice President with the office division in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Powell represents both tenants and landlords in the leasing of office space, with an emphasis on medical and life sciences space. Powell’s experience covers more than a half billion dollars in transaction value, as well as hundreds of thousands of square feet in leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining Weitzman, he was a vice president in the Dallas office of Partners.
Powell is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Powell received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business in Waco, Texas.
