PLANO— Victory Tap, the first sports bar from famed Dallas restaurateur Alberto Lombardi, opens on Saturday, June 13, in a 7,500-square-foot hard-corner freestanding restaurant building at West Plano Village, a mixed-use development at the northeast corner of Parker Road and the Dallas North Tollway. The restaurant building previously housed Kona Grill.
Michelle Caplan and Emilie Paulson with Weitzman handled negotiations for the location.
West Plano Village offers retail and office, in addition to luxury apartments, with high-density mixed-use appeal in a live-work-play environment at Dallas North Tollway & Parker Rd. The retail line-up includes Cinemark, eatZi's, Jose Eber Salon and AT&T, plus top dining spots like Princi Italia, Mia Dia from Scratch and Lulu Modern Chinese. Lombardi Family Concepts operates well-known dining destinations such as Bistro 31, Toulouse, Taverna, Mar y Sol and Lombardi Cucina Italiana.
