IRVING— The Kickin’ Crab, a fun-filled Cajun seafood destination that offers a distinct ambiance to enjoy the finest and freshest Cajun seafood around, is now open in 5,851 square feet of retail space in Grande Center, a neighborhood center located at 2522-2678 N. Belt Line Road. The Irving restaurant is its fourteenth location.
Lynn Van Amburgh and Guillermo Lopez with Weitzman handled negotiations as project leasing agents for the center. Citiwide Properties Corp. represented the restaurant.
In addition to the Irving location, The Kickin’ Crab operates several locations in Dallas-Fort Worth as well as in California. The Kickin' Crab serves Cajun seafood with bibs but no plates or utensils, all served with their own KC sauces - a combination of spicy, sweet and tangy flavors - over freshly prepared seafood. At Grande Center, the restaurant joins a lineup that includes GameStop, Metro PCS, Vintage Stock, Rainbow, SAS Factory Shoes, Red Wing Shoes, Pizza Patron and several others.
