AUSTIN, Texas—Golf Lounge 18, a premier indoor virtual golf facility, has leased 12,000 square feet of retail space in Shops at Tech Ridge, a regional-draw retail center located at IH-35 South and Parmer Lane, for a new location.
Nick Naumann and James Van Trease with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representative for Golf Lounge in cooperation with master broker Tyler Lyman with TRUE Commercial Real Estate. The Retail Connection represented the shopping center.
Golf Lounge 18 provides a state-of-the-art facility and features Trackman 4 Technology and over 450 courses worldwide to play on, a full bar and multiple HDTVs, making it the perfect event venue to hit the range, join a league, get a private lesson, or play 18 holes with friends.
At Shops at Tech Ridge, Golf Lounge 18 joins a lineup that includes PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, Floor & Décor, T.J.Maxx and many others.
