McKINNEY— Weitzman has negotiated the sale of McKinney Marketplace, a 16,900-square-foot retail center located at 9241 Virginia Parkway at Custer Road. The purchaser was a Plano-based LLC.
Derek Schuster and Kevin Butkus with Weitzman handled negotiations on behalf of the purchaser. Jason Vitorino with STRIVE represented the seller, Malouf Interests, Inc.
The Class A center, shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market grocery and LA Fitness, features a line-up that includes Hollywood Feed, Little Caesars and others.
