IRVING—Liquorland, a locally based retailer offering a wide selection of beer, wine, spirits and cigars, has leased 3,552 square feet of retail space in Grande Center, a neighborhood shopping center located at N. Belt Line Road and Grande Boulevard, for a new location.
Lynn Van Amburgh and Guillermo Lopez with Weitzman handled negotiations as the project leasing representatives for Grande Center along with Weitzman’s Jennifer Chandler, asset manager for the center.
Liquorland, with larger stores and premium liquors, is known for wide-ranging selections at great prices, along with educational classes and events, free weekly tastings, and.a staff of wine, beer and spirit experts.
The chain currently operates 10 locations in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas.
At Grande Center, Liquorland joins a lineup that includes Vintage Stock, Gamestop, Supercuts, Pizza Patron, Rainbow, Leslie’s Poolmart, Baskin Robbins, Metro by T-Mobile, La Campina Salvaderena and several other shops, services and dining options.
Grande Center is strategically located on N. Belt Line Road just north of SH-183 across the street from Irving Mall. This center offers great visibility along Belt Line Road.
