Acreage acquired for future Austin-area development
AUSTIN—An Austin-based LLC has acquired two adjacent land tracts at 12601 and 12621 Laws Road at SH-183 in the Austin-area community of Buda in a sale transaction. The two tracts together total approximately 20.7 acres and are located 25 minutes from downtown Austin and 15 minutes from Tesla’s new facility.

The acreage is slated for future multi-family development.
