IRVING—Juicy Seafood & Bar, a locally based restaurant serving high-quality seafood and providing a relaxing dining experience, complemented by a full bar, has leased a 5,600-square-foot freestanding restaurant building at the entrance to Irving Towne Center, a regional-draw center located at 3410 W. Airport Freeway at North Belt Line Road, for a new location.
Lynn Van Amburgh and Guillermo Lopez with Weitzman handled negotiations as project leasing agents for the center.
Juicy Seafood & Bar currently operates locations in two locations in Dallas, as well as in Mesquite and Cedar Hill. At Irving Towne Center, the restaurant joins a lineup that includes Target, Pet Supplies Plus, Dollar Tree, Paris Baguette, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Cato, Chili’s, Anytime Fitness and many others.
