Biography

Victoria Reynoso serves as Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman at Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas.

In her role, Reynoso provides strategic and executive-level support to the Office of the Executive Chairman, overseeing high-level communications, complex scheduling, travel coordination, special projects and relationship management initiatives. She works closely with executive leadership, clients, investors, industry partners, community leaders and nonprofit organizations to help advance key business initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of executive priorities.

Known for her professionalism and exceptional organizational skills, Reynoso serves as a trusted liaison for the Executive Chairman, managing sensitive matters with integrity and fostering relationships that support Weitzman's business objectives and long-standing reputation throughout the industry.

Prior to joining Weitzman, Reynoso held support roles with several commercial real estate organizations, including Avison Young, JLL and CBRE/Trammell Crow Company. Throughout her career, she has supported executive leadership across property management, brokerage, investment sales and corporate operations, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate.

Outside the office, Reynoso enjoys spending time with her family and serving her community.
