Professional Background
Thomas Jensen serves as Vice President of Asset Management, Development and Acquisitions in Weitzman’s Austin office, one of Texas' largest retail-focused commercial real estate firms. In this role, he oversees the asset management of the firm’s Austin portfolio of retail centers and facilitates the firm's development and acquisition initiatives. Prior to joining Weitzman, Jensen most recently served as the retail asset manager for Austin-based CWS Capital Partners, where he managed a portfolio of 11 assets across four markets, including Austin.
Organizations
Jensen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Leadership Institute, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. On the civic side, he is a volunteer youth mentor for Mission Possible Austin, a non-profit organization serving at-risk youth in urban Austin.

Jensen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution with a minor inf Business from Texas A&M University’s D.L. School of Engineering in College Station, Texas.
