Taylor Black is a Senior Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. Black works with a focus on investment sales, land sales, tenant representation and site acquisition for both retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining Weitzman, he worked in retail marketing in Arkansas for Go Running, a runner-focused retailer, and Bridgestone.
Black ranked as a statewide Top Producer for Weitzman in 2021, based on outstanding production during the year. Leading business publication D CEO honored him with a Power Broker award, which recognizes the leading commercial real estate brokerage professionals in North Texas.
As a tenant representation specialist, Black handles site selection and market expansions for notable clients including Ashley Stewart, GNC, Jam + Toast, Benjamin Moore, Workout Anytime, Plant Power, Broken Yolk Cafe and AOSS Medical Supply. Black is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Black received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
