Biography
Sarah Mechem is an Associate with the Austin office of Weitzman. In this position, she handles retail project representation and tenant representation, as well as general brokerage. She previously worked with Berkadia in Houston as a real estate analyst in investment sales and mortgage banking. Mechem is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mechem received a Master in Commercial Real Estate degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
