PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Sandy Schumacher, a commercial real estate professional with extensive management and retail real estate experience, is a Property Manager with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. In this position, she is responsible for the management of a portfolio of D-FW retail properties, handling financial and sales reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, property conditions and tenant relations. Most recently, Schumacher owned and operated several Anytime Fitness locations in New Mexico, with responsibilities including construction projects, club and business operations and management. Schumacher entered the property management field in 1991 and has experience with General Growth Properties, JP Realty Inc. and Urban Retail Properties, among others.
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Schumacher is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has been awarded the Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designation from ICSC.

Schumacher received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri.
