Professional Background
Ryan Bertrand, a commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in retail real estate, is a Senior Vice President - Development with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. In this position, Bertrand is responsible for overseeing the development of retail and commercial properties in the D-FW area.
Prior to joining Weitzman, Bertrand practiced real estate law at Brousseau Naftis & Massingill, P.C., where he concentrated on retail leasing and handling litigation needs for clients from diverse backgrounds, including commercial developers, property management companies, landlords and tenants. Bertrand also worked as an attorney at Hexter-Fair/First American Title, counseling real estate salespersons and brokers on contractual and legal issues. Bertrand began his career in residential real estate, focusing on the purchase, renovation and sales of residential properties located across the D-FW Metroplex.
