Owen Grimm is an Assistant Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, he is focused on land acquisitions and dispositions for tracts ranging from 1-5 acre for retail-focused uses and 40-400 acres for investment grade opportunities. Grimm’s extensive knowledge of the growing secondary and tertiary markets in DFW has positioned him well for buyer representation of investment grade land ranging from unzoned ETJ farm and ranches to well-positioned hard-corner fully delivered pads. In addition to land, Grimm has experience in stand-alone restaurants. To date, Grimm has leased or sold a variety of vacant restaurants as large as 7,200 square feet throughout the Metroplex. Grimm is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.Grimm received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business, in Dallas, Texas.
