Nick Cate is Vice President of Finance with Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. Cate received a Master of Business Administration degree with a double concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
