Matthew Rosenfeld

Professional Background
Matthew Rosenfeld is Executive Vice President - Director of Brokerage for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. Rosenfeld oversees the activities of the D-FW brokerage team, with a focus on client service, new listings and lease and sales transactions.

As EVP with Weitzman, Rosenfeld handles retail tenant representation and acquisition, land sales, building disposition and investment sales in the D-FW area. He has worked extensively with pad users from both the tenant and landlord side. He currently represents JPMorgan Chase Bank, Valvoline and Pizza Patron. In addition, he represents other land buyers such as WaterWalk, Alliance Residential and Strategic Housing Investment Partners. Prior to joining Weitzman, Rosenfeld was a professional golfer. He competed on the PGA Tour, Web.com Tour, European Tour and Asian Tour. His most notable achievement was winning the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship.

Professional Organizations

Rosenfeld is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and ICSC's Next Gen Leadership Network (NGLN), a new initiative comprised of 65 young professionals from across the U.S. and Canada who promote the industry and its members. He also is active in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the exclusive North Texas Land Council. He served on the board for Young Texans Against Cancer from 2018 to 2020.

Honors & Awards

Rosenfeld ranked as Weitzman’s Top Producer in Texas for 2020 and 2018 and ranked as the statewide No. 2 Top Producer in 2022. He consistently ranks as one of the company’s statewide top producers. From 2017-2022, he has earned the Power Broker award from D CEO Magazine. In 2018, national publication Connect Media recognized him as one of the Top 10 Brokers in Texas.

Education
Rosenfeld received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the prestigious Red McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin. He was an academic All-American scholar in addition to being a 3-time All-American on the UT Men’s Golf team.
