Kourtney Karvas, a commercial real estate professional with an extensive background in development and construction project management, is a Construction Manager with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Karvas manages, coordinates and executes multiple construction projects including ground-ups, remodels, tenant refresh projects, renovations and remodels and new centers. Prior to joining Weitzman, she was a Director of Construction and Development with Frisco-based Guggenheim Partners. She also has construction management experience with leading firms including Cypress Equities. Karvas received a Bachelor of Science, Biological Sciences, from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
