Kim Fredenburg is General Counsel for Weitzman, responsible for lease and contract review, oversight of litigation and collection matters, liaison with outside counsel, internal corporate matters, lease negotiations and providing assistance to the management department in the handling of legal issues. Prior to joining Weitzman, Fredenburg was General Counsel for Maurin Ogden Management Corporation in Manderville, Louisiana, and was a member of the legal staff with Exxon Corporation. Fredenburg is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Fredenburg received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and a Juris Doctor degree from the Texas Tech School of Law.
