Jimmy Phillips, Jr., is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Phillips, Jr., handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage in the D-FW area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Phillips, Jr., was an Associate with Structure Commercial, where he handled tenant and landlord representation across D-FW.
Phillips, Jr., is a former college and professional football player at SMU and in both the CFL and NFL, experience that allows his to bring discipline and a competitive edge to client relationships.
Phillips, Jr., is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is active in the community through Locker Room 214, his nonprofit, as well as youth football camps, mentorship programs, and local charity initiatives. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and a Master of Liberal Studies degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
