Professional Background
Jessica Abbey is an Associate with the Houston office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Abbey handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage in the Houston area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Abbey worked as a commercial real estate broker with RE/MAX Commercial in Houston, where she focused on retail and restaurant transactions and worked with franchise brands on site selection. Her retail and real estate experience includes commercial real estate brokerage work in the Houston market with Price It Right Realty and Arvo Realty Advisors, and she’s worked as an event planner with Retail Live, a large-scale commercial real estate networking event that facilitates meetings between brokers, developers and national retail executives.
Abbey is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is studying toward an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Houston Community College in Houston, Texas.
