PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Greg Blandford, an experienced commercial real estate professional, is a Senior Vice President with Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate firms based in Texas. Blandford focuses on retail and restaurant tenant representation, along with land sales and general brokerage activities.
Prior to joining Weitzman, Blandford was the Senior Director at Venture Commercial, a Dallas-based retail real estate services firm. Blandford has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate business with a specialty of over 20 years in the retail and restaurant tenant representation segment. Blandford represents countless local and regional restaurants for their growth such as Anamia’s Tex-Mex, Andalous Mediterranean Grill, Lion & Crown Social House, Tailgaters Sports Bar, BackPorch DraftHouse, Fast Lane Car Wash and many others.
On a regional and national scale, Greg has represented concepts Genghis Grill, La Madeleine French Café and KFC. Greg also assists his clients in the purchase of land and investment real estate.

Blandford is a member of the international Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
EDUCATION
Blandford majored in Business Administration with a minor in radio and film degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa, and studied business administration and management at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
