George Sweda is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Sweda handles retail project representation, retail tenant representation and general brokerage in the D-FW area. Sweda previously worked as an associate with Matthews Real Estate and Investment Services, where he specialized in project leasing and third-party leasing in Collin, Grayson and Dallas Counties.
Sweda is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Sweda received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Markets and Cultures, with a minor in Business, from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
