Biography
Erin Hancock is a Vice President I Asset Management and Development with the Houston office of Weitzman. In this position, Hancock is responsible for managing a portfolio of retail centers in the greater Houston area, including lease negotiations, tenant mix and operations oversight to ensure financial performance. Hancock also works with the Houston team on new project development, including market research, site evaluation, and engaging consultants on site planning, engineering, entitlements, and legal issues.
Hancock received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station.
