Biography
Emmy James is an Assistant Vice President with the Austin office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, James handles retail project representation, retail tenant representation and general brokerage in the Austin area. Prior to joining Weitzman, James’ real estate experience included working as a leasing and marketing coordinator with Austin-based OakPoint Real Estate. James is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. James received a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
