Emilie Paulson is a Senior Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. She handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage. She ranked as the No. 3 Top Producer statewide for Weitzman in 2024 and No. 9 in 2025. Prior to joining Weitzman in October of 2019, Emilie worked in retail brokerage at the John T. Evans Company under the tutelage of the late John Evans. Emilie began her professional life in Los Angeles at HBO and Conde Nast Publications, and for chef-turned-activist Alice Waters in Berkeley, California.
Emilie is a member of ICSC, NTCAR and Deals In Heels.
Emilie received a BS in Communications from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts in 2004. She attended The Hockaday School in Dallas for thirteen years and graduated in 2000.
