Dena Welch, a commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience, is a Senior Property Manager with the San Antonio office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Welch handles property management duties, including tenant relations, for a portfolio of retail projects in the San Antonio market. Prior to joining Weitzman, she was a property manager with Valcor Real Estate in San Antonio, where she managed a portfolio of 28 commercial properties, including retail and office.
Welch has been an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is currently a board member with the local chapter, and with CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), including serving as the local chapter’s president in 2018.
Welch studied Business Administration at San Jacinto College in Houston, Texas.
