Chas Fisher, an experienced real estate and construction professional, is Senior Vice President and Head of Construction for Weitzman, a leading Texas-based retail-focused commercial real estate firm. Fisher’s responsibilities include site feasibility analysis, planning and conceptual design, cost estimating, generating bid packages and turnkey construction management for new developments and renovations for existing retail centers. His previous experience includes construction management and redevelopment for grocery stores, department stores, retail centers, freestanding retail building and more with firms including Cypress Equities, The Ratliff Group and Armstrong Development Properties, Inc. He began his career with The Beck Group. Fisher received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
