Britt Morrison is a Senior Vice President with the Austin office of Weitzman. Morrison specializes in retail project representation. He has handled project leasing work at several high-profile retail centers, including core downtown projects such as 408 Congress, Scarbrough and Littlefield Buildings, lifestyle/mixed-use centers Hill Country Galleria, The Triangle and 300 South Lamar; power retail center centers including Mueller, Arbor Trails, Escarpment Village, Round Rock Crossing and Southpark Meadows; neighborhood retail centers such as Parmer McNeil and a number of South Lamar projects. He has worked for retail landlords including Shopcore, Kimco, RioCan, CCI, Catellus/Prologis, Galleria Texas, ColinaWest, 4T Realty, Phoenix Property Company, Greystar Development Group, Fowler Property Acquisitions, Crowe Holdings and several others.
In addition to project leasing, Morrison is the exclusive Central Texas representative for Great Clips, Heartland Dental, D1 Training, BoxUnion, Blenders & Bowls, Salons by JC, LaBella Salons, Massage Heights and more.
