Blake Fadem is GIS Lead Analyst for Weitzman. Fadem supports the firm’s brokerage, property management, asset management and development services team with mapping and aerial imagery marketing materials, using a variety of state-of-the-art mapping and demographic platforms. Prior to joining Weitzman, Fadem was Lead Marketing Analyst with The Woodmont Company, where he managed a team to ensure all marketing needs for retail brokers within this commercial real estate company were satisfied through use of desktop publishing, GIS software and market research.
Fadem is a member of the North Texas Real Estate Research Council.
Fadem received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography/Environmental Planning from Towson University in Towson, Maryland, and an Associate of Arts degree from Camden County College in Blackwood, New Jersey.
