Bill Bledsoe, an experienced commercial real estate brokerage professional, is a Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Bledsoe will use his extensive experience as a former car dealership owner and operator to primarily focus on automotive- related property needs of Texas based retailers and those operators expanding into this market. Bledsoe is active in acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, warehouse sales and adaptive re-use of facilities. He also is involved in sourcing property development opportunities and investment sales. Bledsoe previously worked for 16 years in the land and investments division of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Co. As an owner and/or operator, he worked with dealerships including Bledsoe Dodge in Arlington, AutoNation Megastore in Arlington and AutoNation Chevrolet in Tampa, Florida. Bledsoe is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Bledsoe attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
