Adam Crouch, CPA, a seasoned accounting professional with more than 15 years of experience in property accounting, is Controller working with Weitzman’s statewide operations. As CAO, Crouch is responsible for all property accounting for Weitzman managed partnership properties and third-party managed assets. His oversight extends across treasury functions, financial reporting, assistance with tax preparation, partnership compliance, debt service management, and accounting systems maintenance and improvements. Prior to joining Weitzman, Crouch held key roles with leading firms including Lincoln Property Company, Riverstone Residential Group (now part of Greystar), and CBRE. Crouch’s expertise includes financial reporting, GAAP compliance, tax preparation, audits, and process optimization.
Crouch earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
