Wingstop lease takes center to 100 % occupancy

MAGNOLIA–Wingstop, a fast-casual restaurant offering wings, fries and sides, has leased 2,509 square feet of retail space in The Market at 1488, a community shopping center located at the intersection of FM 1488 and FM 2978, for a new location

Kyle Knight and Cole Mueller with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive project representatives for The Market at 1488. The restaurant was represented by Eddie Lang with Quenby Commercial LLC.

The lease to Wingstop brings The Market at 1488 to 100-percent occupancy. At the center, Wingstop joins a line-up that includes Kroger, Great Clips, UPS Store, Little Caesars and several others.
