LEWISVILLE— Sushi Rollin, a Japanese restaurant offering sushi, sashimi, fusion bowls and more options, has leased 1,820 square feet of retail space in Orchard Village, a shopping center located at 1288 W. Main Street (FM 1171), for a new location.
Cameron Mai with Weitzman handled negotiations for the restaurant. Giovanni Scardino and Paul Casella with Weitzman handled negotiations as leasing agents for the center.
At Orchard Village, Sushi Rollin joins lineup that includes WinCo Foods, Leather Sofa Company, Fuzzy’s Tacos, Mama’s Daughters’ Diner and a number of other concepts.
