FLOWER MOUND— StretchLab, offering one-on-one assisted stretching by certified professionals, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Flower Mound Town Center, a community center located at the southwest corner of Cross Timbers Road (FM 1171) and Long Prairie Road.
Giovanni Scardino with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center. The Retail Connection represented the fitness concept.
At Flower Mound Town Center, StretchLab joins a lineup that includes Kroger Signature, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Jersey Mike’s, European Wax Center, Handel’s Ice Cream, Planet Tan and several others.
Flower Mound Town Center is now 100-percent leased.
