HOUSTON—Hungry Howie’s Pizza, the original home of Flavored Crust Pizza™, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Westbridge Plaza, a retail center located at 9215 West Road at its intersection with Beltway 8, for a new location.
Kyle Knight with the Houston office of Weitzman handled negotiations for the restaurant as exclusive tenant representative for the restaurant. Huntington Properties represented the landlord.
Hungry Howie’s, one of the nation’s leading pizza chains, was founded in 1973 in Taylor, Michigan. At the center, Hungry Howie’s joins a line-up that includes Starbucks and a mix of restaurant, service and medical users.
