ARLINGTON—Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, consistently delivering a full compliment of high-end specialty massages, facials and enhancements at an affordable price, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Fielder Plaza, one of the oldest grocery-anchored retail centers in Arlington, for the relocation of its Lincoln Square location.
Michael Sweet with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center.
The location will be the largest in Texas for Hand & Stone, which has 50 locations in the Lone Star State and more than 460 locations in the United States and Canada. The location will open in early 2021.
Fielder Plaza, first opened in 1978, recently completed a major renovation designed to modernize the landmark center, which through dedicated leasing and management has remained one of the best-performing centers in the trade area.
The center is anchored by Tom Thumb, which debuted a new look and expanded offerings in mid-2019, as well as Al’s Hamburgers, CVS, Starbucks, Pet Supermarket, Mathnasium, Edible Arrangements, Batteries Plus, Luna Spa, Tandoor Indian Restaurant, Bombay Bazaar, Sukothai Restaurant, Hudson’s Barbers and several others.
Weitzman handles property management for the center, and the property manager is Allyson Flynn.
The Weitzman team is focused on making shopping at Fielder Plaza the best possible experience for our customers. As part of that shopper-focused package, Weitzman rolled out a full shopping center digital marketing package for the center, including a website, social media pages, location-enabled retailer outreach programs and promotions.
