Partnership acquires fully leased Burleson center

BURLESON, TX—A limited partnership has acquired Elk Crossing, a fully leased 6,375-square-foot retail center located on approximately 1.2 acres at 264 John Jones Drive. The seller was a Burleson-based LLC.

Matthew Rosenfeld and Scott Smith of Weitzman represented the seller, a Burleson-based LLC, and Coleman Solomon with Marcus and Millichap represented the buyer.

Elk Crossing offers access and visibility in a convenient neighborhood retail format. The recently built retail project features an internet-resistant lineup that includes Chicken Salad Chick, Hotworx yoga and Mint Dentistry. The center also features the traffic draw of shadow anchors Kroger and Premier Cinemas, as well as a location in the midst of a strong retail district with anchors such as H-E-B and Target.

The trade area for Elk Crossing reports a total population of 43,781 within a three-mile radius, with 15,447 households and an average household income of $96,188 within the radius.
