Weitzman pre-leasing new Celina retail project

CELINA—Weitzman is now handling leasing of Celina Pike 1915, the retail component of Celina Station, a proposed 18-acre mixed-use development at the southwest corner of Preston Road (SH-289) and Ash Street.

Cameron Mai with Weitzman is handling retail leasing for the project’s first phase of retail, which will total 7,878 square feet of multi-tenant space.

“The name reflects the town’s history, as 1915 is the year when Celina Pike opened as the first road in Collin County devoted exclusively for automobiles,” Mai said.

Phase I will begin site work in June 2021. The leasing team is marketing the space to restaurant, gym, spa, dental or medical-office tenants.

Phase II includes approximately 400 upscale apartment units, which will begin construction in 2022. The developer is working with the city to expand Ash Street and to build a park as part of the project.

Celina Pike 1915, in addition to its location in the market’s busiest north-south thoroughfare, is located minutes away from Downtown, as well as Celina Junior High School, Prosper High School and the new Collin County Community College campus.
