Emilie Gioia Paulson is a Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. She handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage. Prior to joining Weitzman, Paulson worked in retail brokerage at the John T. Evans Company under the tutelage of the late John Evans. Paulson began her professional life in Los Angeles at HBO and Conde Nast Publications, and for chef-turned-activist Alice Waters in Berkeley, California.
