Representative Disposition Experience
Estes was part of a team chosen by Albertsons to dispose of its 13-store portfolio in the Austin area after the grocer exited the market. Estes and the team were able to dispose of the entire portfolio during the 2007-2008 period, despite the softening of retail demand due to the recessionary economy.
