Kristi Bearden is the Director of Property Management with the Austin office of Weitzman, which she joined in 2010. She provides oversight for the Austin team’s property management business consisting of approximately 1.6 million square feet, and she currently manages a portfolio of both retail and mixed-use space. Bearden has managed commercial property in Austin for more than 20 years, working with premier real estate firms including Trammell Crow Company and Lincoln Property Company.
Bearden currently serves as retail Property Manager for the landmark mixed-use project, Mueller Aldrich Street, a popular retail and mixed-use development, and Republic Square, a busy retail-and-restaurant destination in Georgetown.
Former retail management assignments include Westbank Market and West Woods Shopping Center in the Westlake area, Escarpment Village located in the Circle C neighborhood, and the redevelopment of Northcross Mall, located in central Austin. Kristi has also managed several new retail developments from initial construction to full operation. These development assignments include the Shops at the Galleria in the City of Bee Cave, Red Oak Village in San Marcos and Killeen Marketplace in Killeen.
EDUCATION
Bearden received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
