Emilie Gioia is an Associate of retail brokerage with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. She handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage. Her retail leasing experience includes site selection for concepts including Baldo’s Coffee & Ice Cream, Bread Zeppelin, Mi Cocina and Spirit Bank and for landlords such as Billingsley Company. Prior to joining Weitzman, Emilie worked in retail brokerage at the John T. Evans Company under the tutelage of the late John Evans. Emilie began her professional life in Los Angeles at HBO and Conde Nast Publications, and for chef-turned-activist Alice Waters in Berkeley, California.
Emilie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate Women.
Emilie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts
