PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Cameron Mai, an experienced commercial real estate professional, is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Mai handles retail project representation, retail tenant representation and general brokerage in the D-FW area. One of Mai current’s projects includes the 74,757-square-foot Oakridge Plaza in Garland.
Prior to joining Weitzman, Mai was a leading brokerage professional with Plano-based Engvest Commercial. She entered the commercial real estate profession in 2010 with Richardson-based Pacific Century Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage firm that is well-known in the D-FW Asian community.
ORGANIZATIONS
Mai is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. She serves as a board member of the Texas Nail Association.
EDUCATION
Mai received a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mai’s project leasing experience has covered numerous suburban projects in markets like Garland and Lewisville, including New Century Square, 99 Ranch, Walnut Plaza, Legacy Plaza, 14 Jupiter Plaza, Lewisville Marketplace, and more.
TENANT REPRESENTATION EXPERIENCE
Mai’s tenant rep clients include Kungfu Tea, Feng Cha Teahouse, Uptown Cheapskates, Metro PCS, Kumon, Chicken B.B.Q., King’s Crab Shack, Lee’s Sandwich, Burning Rice, Below 40 Poke, White Tiger Taekwondo and others.
