Professional Background
April Petter is Vice President I Director of Lease Administration with the Dallas-Fort
Worth office of Weitzman. Prior to joining Weitzman,
Petter’s extensive real estate experience includes work as an investment
analyst with Transwestern, working with all lease types and property management
history to analyze a property’s operating expenses, among other duties. She
also has property management and related commercial real estate experience with
International Capital, Camelot Services, Cross Development and Today Realty
Advisors.
Education
Petter received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate
from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
