FORT WORTH—Razzoo’s Cajun Café, offering authentic, made-from-scratch Cajun specialties for more than 20 years, has leased 6,500 square feet of space in Alliance Town Center, a regional-draw shopping center located at I-35W and Heritage Trace Parkway, for its second Fort Worth location.
Brian Glaser, president of the D/FW Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations as exclusive representative for Razzoo’s.
Razzoo’s, which is celebrating downtown Fort Worth’s Sundance Square location’s 20th anniversary, plans to open in Alliance Town Center in October 2013. The casual Cajun concept, with a menu that includes crawfish etoufee, shrimp creole, red beans and rice, shrimp en brochette, bread puddings and more, also operates several other Texas locations.
At Alliance Town Center, the largest retail center in the bustling I-35W corridor, Razzoo’s joins a line-up that includes Belk, JCPenney, Best Buy, PetSmart, Kroger Marketplace, Hobby Lobby, Sam Moon, Rooms to Go, Cinemark, a wide range of specialty retailers and services and more than 20 dining options.
