PAPPASITO'S TO OPEN ON DALLAS NORTH TOLLWAY DALLAS—The former Smith & Wollensky building, a high-profile single-tenant restaurant site located at 18438 Dallas North Tollway, has been purchased for use as a new location for Pappasito’s Cantina, a popular Tex-Mex restaurant. David Zoller with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the seller. Sam Beys, president of Preston Commercial Group, Inc., represented the purchaser. The restaurant building, at the high-profile intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road, will be extensively remodeled for Pappasito’s.
