GARLAND—New Thrift Store, a thrift store, has leased 24,516 square feet of retail space in Walnut Plaza, a shopping center located 3347-3415 Walnut Street, for a new location.

Austin Schenkel with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the retailer. Tom Heraty with NAI Robert Lynn handled negotiations for the shopping center.

At Walnut Plaza, the thrift store joins a line-up that includes Family Dollar, Pizza Patron and Auto Zone.
