FAMILY DOLLAR LOCATES ON ALPHA ROAD

DALLAS—Family Dollar has leased 10,578 square feet of retail space at 5955 Alpha Road, a shopping center located at the northwest corner of Alpha Road and Preston Road, for a new location. 

Perren Gasc and Beau Barkerding with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Quine & Associates represented Family Dollar. 

At 5955 Alpha Road, Family Dollar joins a line-up that includes Entertainmart and Dan’s Big & Tall.
