NEW SPORTS RESTAURANT CONCEPT LOCATES IN VICTORY DALLAS—The Fan Sports Lounge, a sports-themed restaurant for all ages, has leased 8,000 square feet of street-level retail space at 2990 Olive Street in Victory Park, directly across from American Airlines Center sports and events arena. Jonathan Tobolowsky with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group represented the restaurant. The Fan Sports Lounge, a project with CBS RADIO’s 105.3 The Fan nationally affiliated broadcast station, will be owned and operated by local restaurant and club operator Bill Teague. The space will feature first-class design, theater-size projection screens, a high-tech game room and food-and-drink service seven days a week. The Fan Sports Lounge promises a gourmet twist on traditional bar food and will feature high-definition televisions accessible from all areas of the bar and dining room. The Fan Sports Lounge will be located on the street level of Victory Park’s Cirque residential tower, adjacent to the sports arena and the WFAA broadcast studios. The Fan Sports Lounge is scheduled to open in October. .
